If kept clean, Double-sided Coconut Sponges can be reused for up to six months. Soak smelly sponges in hot water mixed with Bicarbonate of Soda and allow to air dry. You can also run sponges through a cycle in the dishwasher on the top rack or you can put them in the washing machine at 30 or 40 degrees. Soak smelly cloths in hot water mixed with some Bicarbonate of Soda and allow to air dry. You can wash the cloths with normal loads in a dishwasher (placed on the top rack) or in a washing machine with temperatures reaching up to 95 degrees. Cellulose Sponge Cloths can simply be home-composted at the end of their use.
